AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITHIN TH
DICTIONAL AREA SURROUNDING T'�3E CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1 . That the real estate situated in the Joint
Jurisdictional area surrounding the City of Brookings, County of
Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the NE corner of Section 4, Township 109 North, Range 50 West
thence West 752 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 203.55
feet; thence West 428 feet; thence North 203.55 feet; thence East 428 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 2.00 acres more or less.
be and the same is herebY rezoned and reclassified from a class
A-Agricultural to R-3A Multi-family/Mobile home residence
In accordance with Section 800 of Article VIII of Appendix
C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning, of the Brookings Joint Juris-
diction Ordinance, Brookings South Dakota, as said districts are
more fully set forth and described in Articles III , IV, V and VI
of Ordinance No . 14-80 Appendix C. of the City of Brookings,
South Dakota .
Section 2 . The permitted use of the propertY heretofore
described be and the same is herebY altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 14-80 Appendix
C of the City of Brookings, South Dakota. �
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are herebY repealed.
