ORDINANCE NO. 9-90
AN ORDINANCE TO CHAIVGE TH� ZONING G�ITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY TAE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1 . That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of Sauth Dakota, described as
follows, to wit:
Lat 8 and the South 20 feet of Lot 9, Block I, Shepards Addition,
City of Brookings, South Dakota
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a class
Residence R-3 multiple-family and apartment district to a class
Business B-2 fringe;
In accordance with Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix A-
Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances o� Brookings, South Dakota, as said
districts are more fuZly set forth and described in Articles III, IV,
and VI of Ordinance No. 715 Fippendix A of the City of Brookings,
South Dakota.
Section 2 . The permitted use af the property heretofore de-
scribed be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 7I5 Appendix A of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. AII sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
