BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:

�oint Jurisdictiona� Area surrt�unding the City of Brookings,
County of Hrookings, State of South Dakota, described as
f�iliows, to wit:
Lat 2 of Nelson's �iddition in the SW 1J4 af
Se�tia�► 34-TIi0N,R50�i in the County of �rovkings,
St�te of South Dakota
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified frpm
a ciass A-Agricuitural district ta a class R-�A sinqlQ
family residential di�trict.
In accordance with Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix
C-Joint Jurisdictional Area Zoning, of the Brookings Joint
Jurisdiction Ordinance, Brookings, South Dakota, as said
d�stricts are more fully set forth and described in Articles
III and IV of Ordinance No. 14-80, Appendfx C of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2 . The permitted u�e of the property
heretofore described be and the same is hereby altered and
changed in accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinan�e
No. 14-80, Appendix C of the City of Hrookir�gs, Squth
Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
