AH ORDINAHCE EHTITLED "AH ORDINANCE SUPPLEMEHTING THE ANHUAL
APPROPRIATION ORDIHAHCE AS MADE FOR THE YEAR 1991 BY ORDIHANCE
N0. 20-90 AHD FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR
THE OPERATIOH OF THE CITY", AHD DECLARIHG AH EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. WHEREAS, by the Annual Appropriation Ordinance for
the year 1991, Ordinance Ho. 20-90 appropriating revenue for the
operation of the municipal government for the year 1991, sufficient
revenue was not provided to enable the municipality to conduct the
indispensable functions of the government of said City.
Section 2. THERE IS HEREBY appropriated for the purpose of
maintaining and operating the City of Brookings, additional eums for
the following funds:
General Fund
101-457-5-42207 Historic Preservation S 2, 000
101-452-5-91100 Park 5, 800
Section 3. ALL ORDINAHCES or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. AH EMERGENCY is hereby declared and this Ordinance is
declared to be for the support of the municipal government and its
existing public institutions and it shall be in full force and effect
after its passage and publication.
