ORDINANCE NO. 53-91
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE JOINT
JURISDICTIONAL AREA SURROUNDING THE CITY OF BROOKINGS PERTAINING TO
SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS IN THE AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT A.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I.
That Section 408. Uses allowed as special exceptions by the
Board of Adjustment, be amended to read as follows, to-wit:
408.20. Contractors storage, warehouses and repair shops.
II.
All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
