ORDINANCE NO. 49-91
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS PERTAINING TO SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS IN THE B-2 BUSINESS
DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the governing body of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota, as follows, to-wit:
I.
That Section 522. Uses allowed as special exceptions by the
Board of Adjustment, be amended to read as follows, to-wit:
522.7 Assembling and packaging, freight handling, light
manufacturing, storage and warehousing provided that all
operations, equipment and materials storage are within a
completely enclosed structure.
II.
All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
