ORDINANCE NO. 43-91
AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as
follows, to wit:
NW1/4 of the SW1/4 excluding the platted area thereof
of Section 26-T110N-R50W; Blocks l, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Airport
Hangar Addition No. 1; Lots X, Y and Z of the NW1/4, SW1/4 of
Section 26-T110N-R50W; SW1/4 of the SW1/4 excluding the platted
area thereof of Section 26-T110N-R50W; Airport Second Addition;
O.L. 1 of the SW1/4, SW1/4 of Section 26-T110N-R50W; Airport
First Addition; Lot lA Christensen Addition; Lot 3, Block 2 and
all of Blocks 3, 4 and 5 of Grossman Heights Addition, SE1/4 of
Section 27-T110N-R50W excluding Weiland Addition; S1/2 of the
NE1/4 of Section 27-T110-R50W; O.L. A of the N1/2 of Section
27-T110N-R50W; and the SE1/4 of the NW1/4 excluding the platted
area thereof of Section 27-T110N-R50W to the City of Brookings,
Brookings County, South Dakota
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a class
R-1A residential district to a class A-agricultural district.
In accordance with Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix A-Zoning
of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as said
districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles IV of
Ordinance No. 715, Appendix A of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2 . The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715, Appendix A of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
