ORDINANCE NO. 41-91
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS PERTAINING TO SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS IN THE B-3 HEAVY BUSINESS
DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I.
That Section 541-a. Uses allowed as special exceptions by the
board of adjustment, be amended to read as follows, to-wit:
541-a.3 Contractors storage, warehouses and repair shops
, II.
All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
