HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 37-1991 - Motion to approve defeated R ORDINANCE NO. 37-91 AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITH THE JOINT JURISDICTIONAL AREA SURROUNDING THE CITY OF BROOKINGS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA: Section 1. That the real estate situated in the Joint Jurisdictional Area to the County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as follows, to-wit: West 224 feet (224') of the North 390 feet (390') of the East 650 feet (650') of the SE 1/4 of Section 34-T111N-R50W be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a class A-agricultural district to a class I-1 industrial district. In accordance with Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning, as said districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles IV and VI of Ordinance No. 14-80, Appendix C of the City of Brookings, South Dakota. Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 14-80, Appendix C of the City of Brookings, South Dakota. Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
