ORDINANCE NO. 33-91
AN ORDINANCE REVISING CHAPTER FIVE (5) OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS AND PERTAINING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I.
Section 5-4. Sale or qifts of alcoholic beveraqes to minors
prohibited.
No person shall sell or give any alcoholic beverage to any person
under the age of twenty-one (21) years.
Section 5-5. Purchase of an alaoholic beveraqe by a minor.
No person under the age of twenty-one (21) years shall purchase
or attempt to purchase an alcoholic beverage in the city.
Section 5-6. Misrepresentation of aqe by a purchaser.
It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one
(21) years to misrepresent his age for the purpose of purchasing or
attempting to purchase an alcoholic beverage.
II.
Al1 Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
