ORDINANCE NO. 29-91
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
I.
That the real estate situated in the City of Brookings, County of
Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as follows, to-wit:
Outlot "D" in the NW1/4 of Section 25-T110N-R50W, be and the same is
hereby re-zoned and reclassified from R-2 residential district to a
PDD Planned Development District as said districts are fully set forth
and described in Articles III and V of Ordinance No. 715 - Appendix A,
of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
II.
The permitted use of the property heretofore described be and the
same is hereby altered and changed to accordance herewith pursuant to
said Ordinance No. 715 - Appendix A, as amended.
III.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
