ORDINANCE NO. 25-91
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A DATE OF APPOINTMENT FOR MEMBERS OF
THE SOLID WASTE COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I.
The term of any vacancy of the Solid Waste Committee shall not
extend beyond a period of three (3) years and any appointments shall
be made at the first regular meeting of January of each year, except,
in the event a vacancy occurs on a date other than the first Monday of
the year, then the vacancy may be filled by appointment for a term not
exceeding three (3) years which shall expire on the first Monday of
January.
II.
All Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
