ORDINANCE NO. 20-91
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE DATE OF APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE
LIBRARY BOARD OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:

Section 21-18. Appointment.
At the first regular meeting of the city commission in January,
the mayor shall appoint the library trustees, such appointment to be
confirmed by the city commission.
II.
All Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
