ORDINANCE NO. 19-91
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE DATE OF APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEES AND
DATE OF ORGANIZATION OF OFFICERS OF THE HOSPITAL BOARD OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I.
Section 18-20. Terms.
The members of the hospital board of trustees shall be appointed
for terms of five (5) years; provided, at the first meeting in January
of each year, one (1) member shall be appointed.
Section 18-23. Board officers.
The board of trustees created by this article shall annually at
their first regular meeting in January, elect from their number a
chairman and secretary, who shall hold their office respectively for
one year and until their successors have been appointed.
II.
All Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
