ORDINANCE NO. 17-91
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10.5 AND PERTAINING TO TERMS OF
OFFICE OF CABLE TV REVIEW BOARD MEMBERS IN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I.
Section 10.5-27. Terms.
Al1 members of the Cable TV Review Board shall be appointed for
three-year terms at the first regular meeting of January. In the
event a vacancy occurs on a date prior to the first regular meeting of
January, then the vacancy may be filled by appointment for a term not
exceeding three (3) years which shall expire prior to the first
meeting of January.
II.
All Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
