ORDINANCE NO. 8-91
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS PERTAINING TO BED AND BREAKFAST RESIDENCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I.
That Section200. Word definitions, be amended to read as
follows, to-wit:
200.83 Bed and Breakfast residence. A private single family
residence with 1 to 5 guest rooms available for rent for a period
of time not to exceed 14 consecutive days or 6o daye per quest in
any one year period. �o food preparation or cookinq for quests
shall be conducted within any bedroom made available for rent.
II.
All Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
