ORDINANCE NO. 6-91
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS PERTAINING TO SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS IN THE B-2A BUSINESS
DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I.
That Section 531-1. , Uses allowed as special exceptions by the
board of adjustment, be amended to read as follows, to-wit:
531-a.2 Accessory use-businesses and residences within an
existing residentially used structure
II.
All Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
