Bushnell received $11,690 grant in 2010 February 19, 2013 City of Brookings 8 Elkton • Administered DENR SRF Loan being utilized for wastewater lagoon project – Elkton received $510,000 SRF Loan with $130,000 principal forgiveness in 2009. • Conducted Voter Ward Redistricting Analysis Sinai • Administered Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant. Sinai received $12,400 grant in 2010 • Prepared and submitted State Water Plan application for wastewater project • Prepared and submitted Small community planning grant- Project received $8,000 grant in 2012. Volga • Administered Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant.
