AH ORDINANCE EHTITLED "AH ORDIHAHCE SUPPLEMENTING THE AHHUAL
APPROPRIATIOH ORDINAHCE AS MADE FOR THE YEAR 1992 BY ORDINAHCE
HO. 21-91 AHD FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDIKG FOR ADDITIOHAL FUHDS� FOR
THE OPERATION OF THE CITY", AND DECLARING AH EMERGEHCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. WHEREAS, by the Annual Appropriation Ordinance for
the year 1992, Ordinance Ho. 21-91 appropriating revenue for the
operation of the municipal government for the year 1992, sufficient
revenue was not provided to enable the municipality to conduct the
indispensable functions of the government of said City.
Section 2. THERE IS HEREBY appropriated for the purpose of
maintaining and operating the City of Brookings, additional sums for
the following funds:

Section 3. ALL ORDIHAhtCES or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. AH EMERGENCY is hereby declared and this Ordinance is
declared to be for the support of the municipal government and its
existing public institutions and it shall be in full force and effect
after its passage and publication.
