AH ORDINAHCE PROHIBITING MISREPRESEHTATION OF AGE FOR THE PURPOSE
OF EHTERING AHY PREMISES LICENSE TO SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IH THE
CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA.
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE GOVERNIHG BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKIRGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I.
Sec. 5-10. Misrepresentation of Age.
It shall be unlawful for any person to misrepresent his age for
the purpose of entering or remaining on any premises licensed to sell
alcoholic or malt beverages in the city.
II.
All ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
