AH ORDIHAHCE TO CHANGE THE ZOHING WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, deacribed as
folloMs, to Mit:
Lots 4, 5 and 6 of Block 2, Oyloe's Addition and Lots 16 and 17
of Block 3, Henry's Addition
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a class R-2
two-family residential district to s class B-2 bueiness district.
In accordance �►ith Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix A-Zoning
of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as eaid
districts are more fully set forth and described in Articlee III, IV
and V of Ordinance No. 715, Appendix A of the City of Brookings, South
Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
herewith pursuant to said Ordinance Ho. 715 Appendix A of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict hererith are
hereby repealed.
