ORDINANCE NO. 28-92
AH ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIOH 33-73 AHD PERTAINING TO REMOVAL OF
SHOW AHD ICE FROM SIDEWALKS IH THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA.
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE GOVERHIHG BODY OF' THE CITY OF' BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I.
Section 33-73. City may remove.
If the owner or persons in possession or in charge of any such
lots, paraels or plots of ground ehall fail or refuse to remove the
snoM or ice from such sideNalks vithin forty-eight (48) hours of the
falling of anoa or the forming of ice, the city may remove or cause to
be removed such enov or ice if practicable. The city may aesese the
coet of snow and ice removal against the fronting or abutting property
in accordance vrith the provisions of this article.
II.
All ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
