AH ORDINANCE TO CHAHGE THE ZOHING WITHIH THE JOIHT JURISDICTIONAL
AREA SURROUNDIHG THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate eituated in the Joint
Jurisdictional Area surrounding the City of Brookings, County of
Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as follops, to Mit:
The N250' of the S316' of the W200' of Lots 1, Block 2, Telkamp's
Second Addition in the SE1/4, SE1/4 of Section 13-110-50
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a class
A-Agriculture district to s class B-3 business district.
In accordance rith Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the Joint Jurisdictional Area
surrounding the City of Brookinge, as said dietricts are more fully
set forth and described in Articles IV and V of Ordinance 14-80
Appendix C-Joint Jurisdictional Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and
County of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
hereMith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of
Brookinge, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict hererrith
are hereby repealed.
