AH ORDINANCE TO CHAHGE THE ZOHING WITHIA THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situsted in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described ae
follovrs, to ait:
Outlot A, B, C, D except the E130', 5200' thereof and Outlot E of
the SW1/4 of Section 26-110-50 and Weichsel Addition except the
W235' thereof
be and the eame is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a clase I-1
industrial district to a class R-3A residential district.
In accordance with Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix A-Zoning
of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as said
districts are more fully set forth and described in Article IV of
Ordinance Ho. 715, Appendix A of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the eame is hereby altered and changed in accordance
hererith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715, Appendix A of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sectiona and ordinances in conflict hereWith are
hereby repealed.
