AN ORDINANCE TO CHAHGE THE ZOHIHG WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the resl estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described ae
follovrs, to wit:
Block 8, Morehouse Addition
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a class R-3
residential to a clase R-2 residentiel district.
In accordance with Seation 800 Article VIII of Appendix A-Zoning
of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as said
districts are more fully set forth and described in Article IV of
Ordinence No. 715, Appendix A of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the seme is hereby altered and changed in accordance
hereWith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715, Appendix A of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. Al1 sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repesled.
