AH ORDINANCE TO CHAHGE THE ZONING WITHIH THE JOINT JURISDICTIONAL
AREA SURROUHDIAIG THE CITY OF BROOKIAGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the Joint
Jurisdictional Area surrounding the City of Brookings, County of
Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as follors, to wit:
Block 1, Verhoek Addition in the N1/2, NE1/4 of Section
11-T109N-R50W.
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a clase
A-Agriculture district to a class R-3A Residentisl district.
In accordance vrith Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Ares 2oning Ordinance of the Joint Jurisdictional Area
surrounding the City of Brookings, as said districts are more fully
set forth and desaribed in Articles III and IV of Ordinance 14-80
Appendix C-Joint Juriadictional Area 2oning Ordinance of the City and
County of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
hererrith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict hereMith
are hereby repealed.
