AN ORDIHAHCE TO CHANGE THE ZONIKG WITHIH THE JOIKT JURISDICTIONAL
AREA SURROUHDIHG THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
HE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate eituated in the Joint
Jurisdictional Area surrounding the City of Brookinge, County of
Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as folloMe, to rit:
The north 250' of the south 316' of the Mest 200' of Lot 1,
Block 2, Telkamp Second Addition in the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 13-110-50
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclaesified from a class
A-Agricultural district to a class B-2 business fringe district.
In accordance Mith Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the Joint Juriadictional Area
surrounding the City of Brookings, as said dietricts are more fully
aet forth and described in Articles III, IV and V of Ordinance No.
14-80, Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area 2oning Ordinanc� of the City
and County of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
deecribed be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
hereMith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint
Juriadiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sectione and ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
