AN ORDIHANCE REVISIHG BROOKINGS REVISED ORDIHANCE 715, SECTIOH
9-42 AHD PERTAINIHG TO BICYCLE RIDIHG UPON PUBLIC SIDEWALKS IN THE
CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA.
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE GOVERHING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I.
Sec. 9-25 RidinQ on side�alks in dornto�n area.
(a) Ho person shall ride a bicycle upon any public sideNalk
located ad�acent to the folloaing streets in the downtoan area:
( 1 ) Main Avenue between the railroad tracks and Sixth
Street;
(2) Third, Fourth and Fifth Street from Third Avenue to
Fifth Avenue.
tb) Bicycle riding upon all other public sidewalks in the city
shall be permitted.
II.
Any and all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
