AH ORDIHAHCE TO CHAHGE THE ZONIHG WITHIH THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate eituated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as
follows, to wit:
Outlot A in the SE 1/4 of Section 35-110-50
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a class R-lA
and B-5 district to a class R-3 district.
In accordance with Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix A-Zoning
of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as said
districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles III, IV
and VI of Ordinance No. 715, Appendix A of the City of Brookings,
South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
herewith pursuant to said Ordinance Ho. 715, Appendix A of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. Al1 sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
