ORDIHANCE H0. 13-92
AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZOHING WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookin s Count of Brookin s, State of South Dakota, described as

followe, to wit:
Lots B, Sale Barn Addition
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a clasa R-3A
district to a class B-3 district.
In accordance with Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix A-Zoning
of the Code of Ordinances of Brookinga, South Dakota, as said
districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles III, IV
and VI of Ordinance No. 715, Appendix A of the City of Brookings,
South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
herewith pursuant to said Ordinance Ho. 715, Appendix A of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
