AH ORDIHAHCE TO CHAHGE THE ZOHIHG WITHIH THE JOINT JURISDICTIONAL
AREA SURROUHDING THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1.. That the real estate situated in the Joint
Jurisdictional Area surrounding the City of Brookings, County of
Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as follows, to ait:
the West 220' of Outlot K in the HW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section
11, T1mgH, R50W in Brookings County, South Dakota
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a clase
A-Agricultural district to a class R-3A residential district.
In accordance with Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the Joint Jurisdictional Area
Burrounding the City of Brookings, as said districte are more fully
set forth and described in Article II, III and IV of Ordinance No.
14-80, Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City
and County of Brookings, South Dakota.
5ection 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
herewith pursuant to said Ordinance Ho. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Ares Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.

NOTICE OF ZONIHG HEARIHG
HOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That at the regular meeting of the
Bosrd of Commissioners of the City of Brookings, South Dakota, to
be held at 7:30 0'clock p. m. on Tuesday, June 23, 1992, in the
Commissioners' Chambers of City Hall, in said City, there will be
brought up for consideration and adoption with or without amendment
or revision an Ordinance proposing to amend the 1966 Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Brookings, by rezoning the property
described as:
Outlot K in the HW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 11, T110H,
R50W in Brookings County, South Dakota
At which time and place all persons interested Will be given a
full, fair and complete hearing thereon.
