AN ORDIHANCE TO CHAHGE THE ZONIHG WITHIH THE JOINT JURISDICTIONAL
AREA SURROUHDIHG THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as
follows, to wit:
Lots 10-14, Block 11 Bane & Poole Addition
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a class R-iB
residential to a class B-2A business district.
In accordance with Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the Joint Jurisdictional Area
surrounding the city of Brookings, as asid districts are more fully
set forth and described in Article III, IV and VI of Ordinance Ho.
14-80, Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The ermitted use of the ro ert heretofore

described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
