AN ORDIHANCE TO CHAHGE THE ZONING WITHIH THE JOIHT JURISDICTIONAL
AREA SURROUHDING THE CITY OF BROOKINIGS:
BE IT ORDAIKED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as
follows, to wit:
the west 500' of Block 1, Moriarty Second Addition
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a class I-iR
industrial to a class R-3A residential district.
In accordance with Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the Joint Jurisdictional Area
surrounding the city of Brookings, as said districts are more fully
set forth and described in Article III, IV and VI of Ordinance No.
14-80, Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
hererith pursuant to said Ordinance Ho. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
