Sec. 5-4� Video Lotter,y License Fee
ta) The Gity her,eby imposes, on any per,son whn i5 licensed
p�_ir,suant to s�_�bdivision (4) , (�) , ( 11 > , ( 14) or, ( 17) of SDCL 3�-4—c
and who is iss�_ied � video lotter,y establishment license p�.tr,s�aant to
SDCL 4`-7A-41, an ann�_�al license fee of Fifty (�5Q�. Q��) Doll�rs for
4e�ch video lotter,y machine, for, the pr,ivilege of locating video
lottery machines an the licensed premises.
(b) The fees imposed by this nr,dinance ar,e in addition to the
ann�_ial alcoholic beverage license fees imposed �.�nder SDCL s5-4—� and
in addition to the video lotter,y license fees imposed �_inder, SDCL
4:�-7A-41.
tc) The fees imposed �_�nder, this or,dinance shail be paid at the
s�me time �nd in the same manner as the ann�_ial aicoholic bever�ge
license fees.
td) All fees r,eceived �_�nder this ordinance shall be deposited
into the gener�al fund of the city.
