AH ORDIHAHCE TO CHAHGE THE ZOHITIG WITHIH THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as
follows, to wit:
Lots 3 and 4 of Block 5, Gilkerson Addition and the West 8 03. 2'
of Block 4, Gilkerson Second Addition
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a class I-1
Industrial district to a class I-1R Industrial district.
In accordance with Section 800, Article VIII of Appendix A-Zoning
of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as said
districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles III and
VI of Ordinance Ho. 715, Appendix A of the City of Brookings, South
Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
herewith pursuant to sa3d Ordinance Ho. 715, Appendix A of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. Al1 sections and ordinanaes in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
