ORDINAHCE TIO. 4-92
AN ORDINAHCE TO CHAHGE THE ZONIHG WITHIH THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as
follows, to wit:
E200' of Outlot "J" and the E200' of the N200' of Block 12
Parkdale Home Third Addition
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a class
A-Agricultural to a class R-2 F?esidential district.
In accordance with Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix A-Zoning
of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as said
districts are more fully set forth and described in Article IV of
Ordinance Ho. 715, Appendix A of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715, Appendix A of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
