AH ORDINANCE AMEHDIHG THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE PLANNED
DEVELOPMEHT DISTRICT IN THE VILLAGE SAUARE ADDITIOH.
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE GOVERHING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I.
That the real estate situsted in the City of Brookings, South
Dakota described as
Lot 6, Village Square Addition
be and the same is hereby amended to permit a Citizen's Dropoff as a
Major Amendment.
II.
All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
