AN ORDIHANCE EHTITLED "AH ORDIHAHCE SUPPLEMENTIHG THE ANHUAL
APPROPRIATION ORDIHANCE AS MADE FOR THE YEAR 1993 BY ORDINANCE
NO. 21-92 AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR
THE OPERATIOH OF THE CITY", AHD DECLARING AH EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAIHED BY 'rHE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. WHEREAS, by the Annual Appropriation Ordinance for
the year 1993, Ordinance Ho. 21-92 appropriating revenue for the
operation of the municipal government for the year 1992, sufficient
, revenue was not provided to enable the municipality to conduct the
indispeneable functione of the government of said City.
Section 2. THERE IS HEREBY appropriated for the purpose of
maintaining and operating the City of Brookings, additional sums for
the following funde:

Section 3. ALL ORDINAHCES or parts of Ordinancea in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. AN EMERGEHCY is hereby declared and this Ordinance ia
declared to be for the support of the municipal government and ite
exieting public institutions and it shall be fn full force and effect
after its passage and publication.
