AN ORDINAHCE TO CHANGE THE ZOHING WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGSs
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as
follor►s, to Mit:
North 253' of Lot B, Sale Barn Addition
be the eame is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a clsse B-3
bueiness district to a R-3A residenti�l dietrict.
In accordance Mith Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix A-Zoning
of the Code of Ordinances of Brookinga, South Dakota, as seid
districte are more fully set forth and described in Articlee III, IV &
V of Ordinance No. 715, Appendix A of the City of Brookinge, South
Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted uae of the property heretofore
d�scribed be and the same ie hereby altered aad changed in accordance
hererith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 714 Appendix A-of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. Al1 sections and ordinancee in conflict hererith are
hereby repealed.
