ORDINANCE H0. 23-93
AN ORDIHANCE REVISING THE ZONING ORDINAHCE OF' THE JOIHT
JURISDICTION AREA SURAOUHDING THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the Joint
Jurisdictional Area surrounding the City of Brookings, County of
Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as folloas, to pit:
Blocks 1 and 2 of Sheldon's Addition and the Horth 971 ' of the
South 1121' of the East 230' of the HE 1/4 of Section
10-T109N-R50W
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclasaified from an
A-Agricultural District to an R-3A Residential District.
In acaordance With Section 800, Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the Joint Jurisdictional Area
surrounding the City of Brookinga, as said districts are more fully
set forth and described in Articles III and IV of Ordinance No. 14-80
Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and
County of Brookings, South Dekota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
herewith purauant to said Ordinance Ho. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
