AH ORDIHAHCE AMENDING SECTION 933. 1 OF THE ZONING ORDIHAHCE OF
THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA AHD PERTAIHIHG TO THE POWERS OF
THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMEHT OF THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA.
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE GOVERHIHG BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I.
933. 1 Administrative review: To hear and decide on not lese
than five (5) days' public notice prior to a fixed time and place for
hearing appeals where it is alleged by the appellant that there is
error in any order, requirement, permit decision, determination or
refusal made by the City Zoning Officer or other administrative
officisl in the carrying out or enforcement of any provision of thie
ordinance or any other ordinance or resolution of the City Which
requires the City Zoning Officer, or its representatives to make any
such order, requirement, permit decision or determination; and for
interpretation of the zoning map.
II.
All ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
