AH ORDIHAHCE AMEHDING SECTIOH 28-6 OF ARTICLE I OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS.
BE IT ORDAINED THAT SECTIOH 28-6 OF ARTICLE I OF THE REVISED
ORDINAHCES OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS SHALL BE AMEHDED TO READ AS
FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I.
Sec. 28-6. Sales fro� vehicle.
Pereons who desire to sell or offer for sale, barter or exchange
any fruit, apples, vegetables, melons, butter, cheese, eggs, poultry,
fresh or cured meats, ice cream, popsicles or any other commodity from
a vehicle of any kind or from any temporary stand on any public street
or park in the city shall comply with the regulations promulgated
pursuant to Section 28-5; provided that no such sales activity shall
take place in any city park or on any street adjacent to a park
without the consent of the Director of Park and Recreation or on any
through street in the city.
II.
All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
