AH ORDINANCE REVISIHG THE ZONIftG ORDINANCE OF' THE JOIHT
JURISDICTIOH AREA SURROUNDIHG THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF' BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the Joint
Jurisdictional Ares surrounding the City of Brookings, County of
Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as follows, to pit:
the West 75' of the South 150' of 0. L. 8 in the W1/2 , S1/2,
NE1/4 of Section 11, T109H, R50W
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a class
A-Agricultural Dietrict to a class R-3A Residential District.
In accordance vrith Section 800, Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the Joint Jurisdictional Area
surrounding the City of Brookings, as said districts are more fully
set forth and deecribed in Articles III and IV of Ordinance No. 14-80
Appendix C-Joint Juriediction Area 2oning Ordinance of the City and
County of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the eame is hereby altered and changed in accordance
hereaith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict hererith are
hereby repesled.

Dear Wanda and Jay: '
� The enclosed map shows the area where your property is
located. The dark black line shows the main sewer line. As
discussed when we talked on the phone, the assessments must be paid
current at the Treasurer's office. Wubben has paid only two of the -
annual assessments. By calling the Treasurer's Office, you can
find out the amount that needs to be paid to make the assessments
current. You will then be responsible for the remaining
assessments that are due the District annually. If you decide to
pay off the assessment entirely, just let me know. I can figure a
total for you.
• It is then your responsibility to have sewer line put in from
the District's main line to the mobile home you put on lot 8. The
District has as-built drawings that show details that a contractor
may need to put in the sewer systen►. Prunty did the original work,
but you may choose any contractor you wish. If your contractoz
would like to borrow the district's drawings, just let me know.
If you would ever plan to develop lot 6 and put a mobile home
on it, please let the District know. At that time and at the
District's cost, lot 7 would be made accessible with main line.
If you have additional questions, please let me know. If I
don't have an answer, we'll find someone who does!

I forgot to mention in my previous letter that there is a 200.00
hook-up fee that is paid to the District by you when your contractor •
hooks the mohile home to th� District's �mai.n sewer line. I ]rnow you
are aware of this, but this puts it in writing for you. You should
send the check to me at the above address. I will send you a receipt.
