AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITHIN THB CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate eituated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as
folloMs, to Mit:
, Block 13, Parkdale Home Aesocietion's Third Addition, excluding
the East 10 acree
be the same is hereby rezoned and reclaseified from e claes A
Agricultural district to a class R-lA residential diatrict.
In accordance Mith Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix A-2oning
of the Code of Ordinances of Brookinge, South Dakota, as aaid
districts are more fully set forth and describ�d in Articles III & IV
of Ordinance No. 715, Appendix A of the City of Brookinga, South
Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
hereMith purauant to said Ordinance No. 714 Appendix A-of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sectiona and ordinances in conflict hereMith are
hereby repealed.
