AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITNIN THE JOINT JURISDICTIONAL
AREA SURROUHDING THE CITY OF BROOKIIdGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the Joint
Jurisdictional Area surrounding the City of Brookings, County of
Brookings, State of South Dakota, desaribed as folloMe, to wit:
the 5490. 4' of the N965. 4' of the E963' in the SE1/4 of Section
10, T109N, R50W (Medary ToKnship) be and the same is hereby
rezoned and reclaseified from a class A Agricultural land and
Residential R-lA dietrict to a clase Reeidence R-18 district.
In accordance Mith Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the Joint Jurisdictional Area
surrounding the City of Brookings, as said districts are more fully
set forth and described in Articles III & IV of Ordinance No. 14-80
Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and
County of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and ahanged in accordance
hereaith pursuant to esid Ordinance No. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of
Brookinge, South Dakota.
Section 3. All aections and ordinances in conflict hererith are
hereby repesled.
