AH ORDIHAHCE TO CHANGE THE ZOHING WITHIH JOINT JURISDICTIONAL
AREA SURROUHDING THE CITY OF BROOKINGS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as

Lots 36, 38, 39 and 46 of Meyer's Subdivision in the S1/2 , NW1/4
of Section il-T109N-R50W
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a clasa
Reeidence R1-B District to a class Residence R-3A District.
In accordence with Section 800, Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the Joint Jurisdictional Area
surrounding the City of Brookings, as said diatricts are more fully
set forth and described in Articles III and IV of Ordinance No. 14-80
Appendix C-Joint Juriadiction Ares Zoning Ordinance of the City and
County of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
deacribed be and the same ia hereby altered and changed in accordance
herewith purauant to said Ordinance No. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint
Juriadiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All aections and ordinances in conflict hererith are
hereby repesled.
