AH ORDIHANCE TO CHAHGE THE ZOHING WITHIN THE JOIHT JURISDICTIOHAL
AREA SURROUNDIHG THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF' BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the Joint
Jurisdictional Area surrounding the City of Brookings, County of
Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as folloas, to Mit:
the W200' of the H95' of the 5527. 95' of Lot 13 of the Lass
Subdivision in the SW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 10-T109H-R50W
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from an A
agriculture district to a residence R-3A district.
In accordance with Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of ttke Joint Juriedictional Area
surrounding the City of Brookings, as s�id districts are more fully
set forth and described in Articles III and IV of Ordinance No. 14-80
Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered end changed in accordance
herewith pursuant to aeid Ordinance Ho. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint
Juriadiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City of Brookinge, South
Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict hereMith are
hereby repealed.
