AH ORDIHAHCE TO CHANGE THE ZOHING WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
HE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Hrookings, State of South Dakota, described as

be and the same ia hereby rezoned and reclassified from an agriculture
A district and residence R-2 district to a residence R-3 district,
and;
the W50' of the E250' of the S85' of Block 12, Parkdale Home
Third Addition
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from an agriculture
A district to a residence R-2 diatrict.
In accordance rith Section 50. 100. 010, Article VIII of Ordinance
11-94 of the Code �of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as said
districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles III and
IV of Ordinance No. 11-94 of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the asme is hereby altered and changed in accordance
hererith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 11-94 of the City of
Brookinga, South Dakota.
Section 3. Al1 sections and ordinances in conflict hererith are
hereby repealed.

Petition to rezone submitted to Planning Commission. City Planning
Commission voted 7 - 2 to recommend approval of the rezoning
request.
***October 25, 1995
City Commission amended the rezoning request to rezone all the land
to R-2. The amendment passed 5 - 0.
The original motion, as amended failed 0 - 5.

***November 1, 1995
Winker rezoning was reconsidered and tabled to the April 25, 1995
meeting.
