AH ORDINAHCE AMENDING ORDINAHCE SEC. 34-267 OF THE REVISED
ORDINAHCES OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS AHD PERTAIHIHG TO PARKING AT NIGHT
IN THE BUSINESS SECTION OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I.
Sec. 34-267. Parking at night in bueiness section.
It shall be unlarful for the driver or any orner of any motor
vehicle, trailer or implement, to park or leave etanding, or permit to
be parked or left standing, any motor vehicle, trailer or implement on
Main Avenue betMeen the railroad tracks and Sixth (6th) Street and on
Third (3rd), Fourth (4th), Fifth (Sth) and Sixth (6th) Street from
Third (3rd) to Fifth (5th) Avenues, on Third (3rd) Avenue from Third
(3rd) to Sixth (6th) Street, on Fifth <Sth) Avenue fro� Front Street
to Sixth (6th) Street, and on Front Street from Main Avenue to Fifth
(5th) Avenue, betMeen the hours of 2:00 o'clock A. M. and 5:30 o'clock
A. M. except that emergency vehicles shall be exempt from the
provisions hereof.
II.
That any and all ordinancea or parts thereof in conflict hereMith
are hereby repealed.
