AH ORDIHAHCE TO CHAHGE THE ZONING WITHIN TNE CITY OF BROOKINt3Ss
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF' BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate eituated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described se
folloMs, to rit:
the E65' of the H15' of Lot 4 and the E65' of Lote 5, 6 and 7,
Block 5 Original Plat
be and the same ie hereby rezoned and reclassified from a R-2
residential district to a B-2 businees district.
In accordance Mith Section 50. 100. 010, Article VIII of Ordinance
11-94 of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, a� said
districts are more fully set forth and described in Articlee III, IV
and V of Ordinance No. 11-94 of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the seme ie hereby eltered and changed in accordance
hererith pursuant to said Ordinance Ho. 11-94 of the City of
Brookinge, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sectione end ordinance� in conflict hererith are
hereby repealed.
